KNOW THE PLACE
We are a small family business from La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona) that has been dedicated to olive cultivation for generations. We currently control the entire production process, from cultivation to sale to the final consumer, in order to offer you the best extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
Our crops are located in a privileged area, at the foot of the Prelitoral mountain range, with Montmell to the left—the highest peak of Baix Penedès—and unbeatable views of the sea.
The conditions of this landscape make Torclum oil a very special product. Vast land, low rainfall, and a mild climate allow for a very early harvest, which begins around the end of October.
The result is an excellent fruity oil with a completely greenish hue.
Our olive oil is made exclusively with the fruits from our own olive trees, which allows us to control the product from the origin.
We take great care of our olive trees, following the principles of organic farming and minimising mechanised processes.
We believe in local agriculture. For this reason, our oil does not travel long distances: it goes directly from our farm to your table.
