El Pujol is a farmhouse with a pleasant and modern style that has prioritized natural light and enjoying views of the Merlès Valley (Berguedà).
The rural house, completely restored and reformed, is from the beginning of the 20th century.
It consists of 6 rooms with bathroom, two magnificent terraces, a large living room with dining room and an air-conditioned space to enjoy the views while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The exteriors have an infinity pool, a shed with a barbecue and tables, ping pong, table football, a basketball court, a soccer field, swings, etc.
